Currently doing maintenance with my blog while surfing videos on youtube and saw this very funny video thumbnail which is featured on the right sidebar of the youtube homepage. I thought I might share it with you and tell me what do you think? Is he really creepy or adorable?

Announcement: Blog Maintenance..

I noticed that most of my images from previous posts are not loading anymore and I found out that this is the likely cause of changing the blogger's email which happens to be registered to this blog. So yeah, I'm performing a huge maintenance on my blog and can't promise I can get this done today.. lol. Stay tuned

Facts: Red nerves on the eyes

Have you look at your self in front of the mirror and look into your eyes? Do you notice those red nerves on the conjuctiva (as shown below) of your eyes? The white part?

(A graphical interpretation of what I'm talking about)

Well, actually you don't need to worry about those since there's nothing serious going on. I've been looking at it recently and got myself curious, I even tried checking on my mom's and little brother's and found out they also have those. It got me even more curious so the researching begun with the intention to determine what causes it and how to make it disappear. Fortunately, I landed on this website where it define this eye condition and how to treat it.

It is actually called the "subconjuctival hemorrhage", the term hemorrhage is a bit scary (isn't it?). Well actually there's nothing to worry about. The term actually means that it is when those mini blood vessel appears below the clear surface of our eyes (the white thingy). Everyone who works for long hours in front of the computer has them and you may not realize that you also have this condition. It is infact true that everyone in this modern world uses computers in our daily lives, except those aboriginal tribes and some people living on the third world (No discrimination intended).

Anyway, back to our discussion, this thingy may look scary and sometimes painful but it is harmless, I promise. What triggers it? well, it's usually come about as a result of coughing or sneezing which eventually cause a broken blood vessels and sometimes staring the monitor or any technological screens for a long period without any few minutes break. There's no need to treat this condition because it usually disappears within 10 - 14 days.

If you really want treatment for this eye condition, just use eyedrops like those popular artificial tears to relieve from any scratchy feeling but overall there's nothing to treat because this is normal. Well, if problem occurs like bleeding or too much redness better go see an eye doctor (An Ophthalmologist) and not an optician. Okay?

Losing weight and get fit..

So it's winter season and the following season would be summer and let's plan ahead to start the new year with the intention to lose weight. But based from recent research, some of us may tend to lose interest in losing weight along the way, probably due to being busy with school, work, friends or whatsoever.

I, myself, is planning to have a fit body by the end of next year so now I'm planning ahead and might as well share you my inspiration to get a perfectly "Hot" body. (LOL). So yeah, the key to success is to have a motive, an inspiration and a realistic S.M.A.R.T. goal which states for:
1) S: Specific goal.
2) M: Measurable goal.
3) A: Achievable goal.
4) R: Realistic goal.
5) T: Time-based goal.

Based from the abbreviation above, you might try to write down the definition of your goal.

So to end this blog update, let me give you the inspiration to lose weight with me. Hehe. Enjoy the photo and I hope you too can be successful in having a healthy bodeh!

Afternoon outing, Contact lens...

This afternoon I went to town with mom and little brother to pay our bills and also to do some groceries for the following week. We began our journey at noon and arrive at our destination 30 minutes later. It was a very hot afternoon and yet I still managed to survive without using my favourite jacket.

On our way to Gadongz...

After paying the bills, we ended up window shopping at the mall and it was a great oppotunity for me and mom to check out the things we plan to buy in the coming future. Shoes and dress for mom while I went to  check out the current price for my expected future phone and compared it with the other shops only to find out that the price as shown online is way cheaper than the ones at the store (wonders).

When we were done window shopping, we had our late lunch at Ideal. I was the one in charge of ordering the food we will be consuming and so I went to queue for my turn. When it was actually my turn, I felt something weird with the way the person queuing behind me. It was a chinese guy (tall, fair and athletic build) with a bluetooth headset on his right ears and the way he stood behind me is way beyond the comfort zone for most guys. He was few inches behind me and it was getting uncomfortable. I tried to ignore but when I lost it, I glared at him and told him to back off and so he did and the rest you can figure out.

After lunch, I accompanied my mom to her afternoon appointment to the hair saloon and since it took longer to get her hair done I decided to go and find out the optical shops nearby. The first shop is having a serious issue of poor customer service. The shop attendant didn't even entertain their customers when they enter their shop, they were just staring absentmindedly at the window. I didn't last long in the shop and eventually left immediately. The other shop which is on another block is way better though and there I went to survey on the colored contacts that are currently offered. I received sufficient information and was satisfied by the way they deal with their customer. Unfortunately, I ended up buying a pair of clear contact lens because the colored contact lens that I was looking for didn't come with the degree compatible for my eye so better luck next time.

Later on, we went to do our groceried at Jaya Hypermart since we were able to get a parking slot infront of the premises and the rest is history. By the way, I bought this chocolate which has a rather funny tagline on its package.

Heaven in your mouth... LOL

Notice the picture above, they are so clear right? Yes, I use 'real' digital camera and from now own, I decided not to care on getting a phone with high megapixel camera since they are not capable of getting clear close up pictures as shown above.

I have to adjourn this blog now so adios amigo..

Seriously, there are a whole lot of people I know who would die to be in your position Mr.Baldwin. Well, at least you could introduce some people who could replace you. Ehems
